The short version. Visionform is free through December 2027 and is for personal use. Make whatever you like for yourself, your family and your friends, and print as much of it as you want. Reselling the photos and clip art is not allowed — no packs, no files, no posters or mugs of our images. Planning something for a business? Just ask; we expect to say yes. Your own photos and words stay entirely yours either way. We will email you about the app, ask for honest reviews, and send the occasional discount — unsubscribe whenever you want. We do not sell your information.
1. What this is
Visionform is a design tool that runs in your web browser, made by Yellow8 Studios LLC. It is the companion to the 2027 Vision Board Clip Art Book, but you do not need the book to use it.
2. What it costs
Visionform is free to use through 31 December 2027. We may charge for it after that date. If we do, we will tell you by email first, and anything you have already made will remain yours to export and keep.
3. Your account
You must be 13 or over to set up Visionform. Give us an email address that is actually yours. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. What you make
Your boards are yours. They are stored in your own browser on your own device — we never receive them and cannot see them. That also means we cannot recover them for you. If you clear your browser data, use a private window, or lose the device, the boards are gone. Export anything you care about.
Pictures you upload stay on your device too. By uploading them you confirm you have the right to use them.
5. The artwork, and personal use
The photographs, word stickers and clip art in Visionform are supplied by Yellow8 Studios LLC, and we reserve every right we hold in them. Using the app gives you permission to use that artwork on the terms below; it does not hand you any rights in it. These terms are an agreement between us, and they apply whatever the copyright position of any individual image turns out to be.
Visionform is for personal use. You may:
- make vision boards, collages, mood boards and planners;
- print them, as many copies as you like, for yourself, your family and your friends;
- share pictures of what you made — online, with friends, anywhere;
- use them as your wallpaper, lock screen or screensaver.
Reselling the elements is strictly prohibited. You agree not to:
- sell, licence, rent or give away any photograph, word sticker or piece of clip art — on its own, altered, or bundled into a clip-art pack, template set or stock library;
- extract, scrape or download the artwork files in bulk to use elsewhere;
- sell goods carrying the artwork — prints, posters, canvases, cards, mugs, t-shirts and the like;
- feed the artwork into a machine-learning or AI training set;
- claim the artwork as your own work, or register any right in it.
This applies only to the artwork we supply. Your own photographs and your own words remain entirely yours, with no restriction from us at all — including if you use them commercially.
Want to use it for business? Ask us. Write to support@yellow8studios.com and tell us what you have in mind. We expect to say yes to most reasonable requests, and we would far rather answer a question than have it assumed. Until we say so in writing, commercial use is not covered by these terms.
Breaking this section ends your permission to use the artwork immediately.
6. Email
When you set up Visionform you agree to receive email from us. There are three kinds:
- About the app — your access link, new element packs, changes worth knowing about.
- Review requests. We will ask you to review the book on Amazon and to review the app. We are asking for your honest opinion, good or bad. Nothing is offered in exchange for a review, and no discount, feature or benefit depends on whether you leave one or what it says.
- Discounts on future books and products.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect your access to the app.
7. Your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we keep and how to have it deleted; it forms part of these terms.
8. Fair use of the service
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to make anything unlawful or designed to harass someone.
9. No warranty
Visionform is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available, always be free of faults, or always produce exactly the print result you expected. Check your proofs before paying a printer.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Yellow8 Studios LLC is not liable for lost boards, lost profits, printing costs, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Visionform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Ending it
You can stop using Visionform at any time and ask us to delete your details. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we may withdraw the service — with reasonable notice by email, so you can export your work.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and if the change is a significant one we will email you.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, where Yellow8 Studios LLC is formed and has its principal office.
