What we collect

When you set up Visionform we record:

• Your email address.
• Confirmation that you are 13 or over — a yes or no, nothing more.
• The date you bought the book and your Amazon order number, if you chose to give them. Both are optional and neither is verified.
• A record of your agreement to these terms: the date and which version you agreed to.
• The country your request came from, which our host reports automatically.

What we do not collect

• Your date of birth. The signup form asks for it, works out your age in your own browser, and sends us only whether you are 13 or over. The date itself is never transmitted and never stored.
• Your boards. Everything you make is saved in your own browser, on your own device. We cannot see it. If you clear your browser data it is gone, so keep your own copies of anything that matters.
• Your uploaded pictures. Photographs you add stay on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
• Tracking. No advertising pixels, no analytics profile, no third-party trackers following you around.

Email we send you

By setting up an account you agree to receive email from us. There are three kinds, and that is the whole list:

• Your access link and occasional notes about the app itself — new element packs, changes worth knowing about.
• A request for an honest review of the book on Amazon, and of the app. Honest is the operative word: we are asking for your real opinion, whatever it is. Nothing is ever offered in exchange for a review, and no discount or benefit depends on you leaving one.
• Discount offers on future books and products.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Use it and we stop, without affecting your access to the app.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise pass your personal information to third parties for their own use. The only companies that touch your email address are the ones we use to run the service — our web host and our email provider — and they process it on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the service closes down.

Your choices

Write to support@yellow8studios.com and we will, without argument:

• tell you exactly what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete all of it;
• stop emailing you.

Children

Visionform is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The signup form checks age before asking for an email address. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their details, write to us and we will delete the record.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is a significant one, we will email you about it.
